How we collect, use and look after your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who is responsible for your information
Valleva Body, Radiokop, Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website and at the studio.

What we collect
Through this website, we collect only what you choose to send us:
- Your name, phone number and, if you supply it, your email address.
- The treatment you have asked about and your preferred appointment times.
- Anything you write in the message field of the enquiry form.
The website enquiry form is deliberately not designed to collect health information. Please do not send medical history, medication details or photographs through it, or by WhatsApp.
Separately, at your consultation and in the studio, we collect the health and treatment information needed to treat you safely. That is kept in a secure, access-controlled system and is not held on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
- To provide treatment safely and keep the records we are required to keep.
- To contact you about aftercare or a follow-up appointment.
- To send you marketing, but only if you have separately agreed to it. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
Client photographs
Treatment photographs are taken as part of your clinical record. Publishing any photograph on this website, on social media or in any marketing material requires separate written permission from you, which is asked for on its own and is never bundled into your treatment consent.
You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the image from anything we control.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Treatment records are kept for the period required by law and professional practice.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio — for example our email provider — and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added, a consent banner will be added with it, and non-essential trackers will not run until you agree.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Object to your information being used for marketing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted to our email provider and are not stored on the website itself. Access to studio records is limited to those who need it.
